Wanted to sub pineapple fried rice on a mini. First of all, it’s very confusing how they do it, for some reason you have to give up a side to sub rice on a mini. The girl at the register rung it up wrong and charged me to add pineapple instead of sub pineapple fried rice. Then approximately 5 minutes later as I was waiting for my food said I owed $1.88 more. If you enter my order wrong, you need to just eat the cost, not try to charge me an additional $1.88. That’s a joke. Punishing the customer for your mistake. How about train your employees properly and hire people that know how to enter things correctly on the computer. I mean how cheap can you be as a business. Not to mention I tipped more than the $1.88 on the order. My order total was around $35. You just lost a customer forever over $1.88.

Decently priced , they had a mini and regular sized portions , got the chicken Katsu very crispy came with rice and macaroni salad along with curry sauce , very generous with sauce gave us 4 others. Spam musabi was excellent!

So delicious! I recommend the spam Musubi. The katsu chicken is awesome and the Kalua pork is smokey and yummy. The customer service is quite nice. They are friendly! And its not so spendy! Go if you can.

Good food. I ordered a House fried rice and it was covered in BBQ chicken, BBQ beef and shrimp. The meat to rice and veggie ratio was very gracious, tons of meat. The flavor was good, rice was fluffy and we’ll cooked. Meat fell apart in your mouth, tender and juicy. For my liking it could have used a few more veggies.

Disappointed. Went in to get some rice and asked kid working upfront about type of oil they use as my wife and son have different nut allergies. “Uhhh soy I think” and didn’t bother to ask any of the three chefs working 4 feet away from him. After explaining allergy, he still didn’t ask. At that point we decided to just leave. This happened 3/14/23 around 1ish so I understand they had a lunch rush but the complete lack of customer awareness was baffling because this kid looked like a 30 year old. Sucks because we see all the good reviews about the place we just don’t know if it’s safe for my wife and son to eat at. Maybe will try again in a year or two.

Recommended to us by the Falls Brewing Taphouse two doors down and we were not disappointed! DELICIOUS food – highly recommend the Hawaiian bbq mix. All of the bbq had great flavor. We also ordered the pineapple fried rice as a side and that was amazing as well! We were in the Falls Brewing Taphouse and ordered food from here, and they were kind enough to deliver to us in the taphouse!
