This has been my go 2 place since I moved here in July! They’re the best out here!! I asked to split 24 wings into 2 flavors with the coupon and most places would’ve said absolutely not but they did it without a problem I LOVE THAT ! Keep up the great job guys and thank you so much !

Food took twice as long to get here as they had said on the phone. I understand that things happen and deliveries can be delayed. However, the driver excused the delay by saying he took a wrong turn. There is no wrong turn between my house and their place that takes more than 5 min to correct…. I confirmed with the delivery driver that I had a pizza, fried clams, and stuffed bread. He confirmed that is what he delivered/was in the bag. Unfortunately, the stuffed bread was not in the bag despite his confirmation. I stopped him before he left my driveway and was told that he had no idea what was supposed to be delivered and that I should call the restaurant. I delivered pizzas for a year and ensuring order accuracy is absolutely part of the drivers job. The food was good so it’s a shame I won’t be going back here….

I made an order at 9:56pm, I understand it’s late and have no problem if it comes a little after the time they gave, which was 10:55pm. When the driver called at 10:40pm he said he was downstairs, I went down within 3 min. In that time the driver was gone. He wouldn’t answer my calls and when I got in contact with the store they said he was waiting for 15 min before he left to do another delivery. That’s bull, I waited from when he called me till 11:07pm. The store claims they tried to call me but I recieved no calls except for the first call from the driver. I enjoy the food they sell and have had issues with delivery before, but this is honestly bull. When I called to figure out what was going on the woman on the phone was incredibly rude, claiming they can’t wait all day for me when I know I had gotten downstairs within time to get the delivery. Sadly, I won’t be ordering here again.

My friends and I ordered delivery from sorentos and it was decent! We tried their buffalo crispy chicken pizza as well as the mild, honey bbq and garlic wings. I wouldn’t say any of the food was mind blowing. The pizza was decent, plenty of cheese and chicken and fluffy crust. The wings were meaty, the honey bbq was my favorite. I wouldn’t do the garlic wings again as I thought they were pretty flavorless. The delivery was quick and our order was right so I was happy with that!

This place is has gone to hell! At least when Andy owned it, it was a place worth coming to where you got your value for your money for instance, ordered a large pizza tonight with extra bacon and hamburger pretty easy to do you’re lucky that there’s any bacon or any toppings on the pizza. I understand that time to tough pricing goes up, but at least raise your price and give us the quality that were used to rather than be delinquent on toppings or what the pizza stands for years ago.

Great pizza but terrible customer service they canceled my order after I already paid and never refunded my order on two different occasions due to as they said they’d rather not deliver and still have yet to see a refund even though they said they’d refund both orders. Don’t waste your time here.

If I could put zero stars I would. Sorrento’s is the most ghetto place to eat from. If you go inside to get your order you will see what I mean and on top of that when we called to order the girl on the phone is like hmm hmm so I’m waiting for her to ask me what do I want you know say something, complete silence and I’m like are you there she goes hmm hmm she wasn’t even asking what we wanted or anything. My first time ordering Pizza and it arrived 2 hours late. I ordered through an App called slice. The food was forgettable and it was cold. I will never order again from a place that takes 2 hour to make pizza and wings. I do not recommend.

We’ve always liked this place, but have been disappointed the last two times we’ve tried to order. Don’t order online and expect to get your pizza on time. Ordered two pies at 4:30 pm. Pickup scheduled at 5. My husband walked out with the pizzas at 5:50. It should not take an hour and twenty minutes to get pizza. We couldn’t even eat it at that point because we had somewhere to be. No apology. No offer of restitution. This is the second time this has happened – we figured we’d give them another chance. They’ve lost our business.
