My son and I came to this location and upon our arrival it was two workers outside smoking ok fine. The guy who was outside apparently was the manager comforted the guy who was going to take our order advice him to wash his hands ok fine but I suddenly realized you were outside smoking did you wash your hands! So the Spanish girl took my order all wrong she conducted herself like she didn’t know what she was doing so I was upset that she took my order wrong was ok I just deal with it but I realized in not paying for anything I didn’t want so I went back and received my refund. Please lead by example Manager’s and please hire and train people properly. I will not be back

This location is trash! Went through the drive thru to pick up an Ubereats order to deliver and watched one of the non-caring, clueless workers give my customers order to the driver in front of me. When I got to the window, another non-caring worker said what had just happened so nonchalantly like they do it all the time. Avoid this place at all costs.

The restaurant was empty and we waited in the drive thu for a few minutes with nobody answering. Once we said thank you and left, the drive thu employees flicked us off. We didn’t do anything or say anything rude but got extremely poor service. There were even THREE people in the drive thru window but nobody was taking our order. Doesn’t leave any desire to come back.

Food was okay and fresh. The front cash register was accepting cash only so I had to get in my car, go through the drive through, and order through the drive through and bring the food back in. Food was okay! I was shocked at the rudeness in the drive through. I also saw an employee without a mask eating French fries and then touching other peoples food while working. The real kicker is the assistant manager featured in the picture below, taking a nap. He was there for the duration of our meal. Embarrassing.
