My husband and I order from here all the time for the past few years. We always tip the delivery driver well. Our last order they forgot our drinks when we brought it up to the driver he apologized and asked if he can bring it next time we order no charge. We said yes because we see him often and knew it wouldn’t be long before we ordered again. Our next order when we called we explained it to the young lady who answered the phone. She was very rude and said she can’t do it because it’s against protocol. We apologized and said we understand however we were charged for it last order and didn’t receive it, have been ordering for a while and we always tip well. She continued to argue with us. After that I didn’t even want to proceed with my order. Unfortunately we will no longer be ordering from them. Terrible service from the people who are on the phones.

I usually don’t do this but luckily, I have time tonight!! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. As a first time customer, i’m extremely disgusted at the poor customer service. Why would I subject myself to even want to consume food from people that have inconsiderate, nasty and rude energy. The manager is unwilling, rude, and anti customer service. The food is WEAK. Save your energy. look elsewhere. You can DO better than this place. You deserve it.

This place isn’t worth it. I just ordered my food. It came In 5 mins. I was Leary about if it’s cooked. Then the delivery guy called my phone 3 times and then rushed me to tell me he has other customers. I have tasted better chinese food before. Last time ordering here. Then he took his tip without giving me a chance to say yes or no. Customers service sucks with them. If you want something enjoyable spend your money else where. The driver is rude as hell. I so wanted to not come down for my food and let him have to deal with it. After eating they’re food it gave me the runs.

if i could rate them negative stars i would. I usually order from this location and have always paid the $10 minimum for delivery, it’s been years. However, all of a sudden the person on the phone decided she is not completing my order because it is not $10 unless i decide to additionally tip the driver. She hung up on me 3 times even after deciding to get the food, she screams at me a last time before hanging up again and says “well you’re not getting no food tonight” and proceeds to calling me disgusting name before hanging up… terrible customer service and will NEVER buy there again!

I have been ordering from this restaurant for YEARS and never had a problem until recently! All of a sudden the young lady who answers the phone has been very rude to people over the phone. As much money as I’ve spent in this restaurant, I REFUSE to go back. I don’t deal with bad customer service, I will get my Chinese food elsewhere.

My Favorite Neighborhood Go to Spot. I can custom order for a small fee and everything is freshly made! The Staff is very nice but Friday nights are crazy busy! So don’t be upset if they seem a little frazzled, they’re trying to make sure everyone’s orders are filled timely and effieciently! I love it!
