This is by far worst Chipotle experience. The costumer service was not bad, but the food is not fresh . Guacamole was not fresh. I ask if I could return it if it didn’t taste good and they told me ” we can only give you credit if it is full.” I guess they they are trying to say untouched. Impossible.

I’ve gotten food from this Chipotle about a dozen times now. This location is fairly new maybe two years max? The exterior and interior is nice and clean. The employees here have always been friendly and patient. I usually order a chicken or steak bowl and/or chicken quesadillas. Food tastes fine like any other Chipotle branches. No complaints from me. There’s also plenty of parking available since it’s located inside a strip mall.

*Just to be clear this is rating is not towards the customer service I received or the employees just the food portions*. I ordered online for a burrito bowl and a large chips. The portions were so small it’s not even worth half of what I paid. The standard paper brown bag i received was maybe 1/6 full with chips and I ordered a LARGE for $6. I payed $11 for the bowl and it wasn’t even half full. Employees were polite with helping me find my order but the portions were not it. Go in person and order if you want reasonable portions because online they’re gonna rip you off.

Would not recommend this Chipotle. You get charged extra for everything. They only put two sides on a kids meal when Chipotle everywhere else gives you three. Also didn’t know how to add an extra quesadilla to a kids meal without charging for a whole other kids meal. Said there was no way to do so otherwise. Also charged for extra sides (rice and beans) when every other chipotle does not. I would recommend going to other locations-not this one.

Portion sizes are way better at this East Meadow location when compared to the Levittown location. Ordered catering and we had plenty of leftovers. Highly recommend!

Never order from here. Last 2 times I went and ordered they missed items in both orders and in 1 of them they just threw the food in the bag and sauce and food was out and leaking everywhere. Never had any issues with any other chipotle. Horrible customer service
