The staff here are incredibly nice and respectful. The food did take a while but it was well worth the wait. The chicken Tikka masala was delicious with very sizable portions. Overall a high recommendation.

The menu falsely advertises the items in the Chana chatt- I got basic chickpeas dumped over lettuce, no onions no sauce. Garlic naan was under cooked with garlic flakes and not real garlic. The samosa was previously frozen and not fresh. Won’t order takeout here again

Use to be my family favorite Indian spot I don’t know if they changed management but today we sat and waited 40 minutes for our food while others came dined and left. The manger served us OLD rice I told him I couldn’t feed my kids with that. I’m Asian I KNOW what days old rice smells like I was horrified, my family paid and left HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.

This is the best Indian restaurant in Philly!! It’s delicious and the staff is always warm and welcoming and will always explain any dish- perfect for anyone with allergies or dietary restrictions. I will literally drive any distance to go to them over any other Indian restaurant. Thank you for everything!!

The food here (we had the Tandoori chicken and Chicken Tokka Masala) was delicious and worked well for sharing between two. The service was very attentive and there were only 2 tables of 2 people each that sat down.

I was on my walk on South Street and was craving some Indian food. I passed by the restaurant and thought to give it a try. It’s a cozy place with plenty of room to sit. I came in around 3 PM on a Sunday, and there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. (A good date spot)

Everything we ordered was delicious. Some of the best naan I’ve had in my life. The samosas came out fresh and hot. I recommend the tikka masala, Chicken Dumpakht, and saag paneer. But really everything was good.

We order lunch for our office everyday and decided to give this place a try. Almost everyone ordered Tikki Masala. What arrived was raw onions and dry chicken with no sauces. It was so bizarre.

I went there last night. I have no idea why this place is often empty. I have eaten here at least 7 times and had a great experience every time. The management is super friendly and the food is made to order for every dish. They give me free dessert every night. Last night after my meal the manager asked if I wanted a tour of the kitchen to see how they make the naan and chicken. Gave me more free food. Such friendly people who offer a great setting and product. A secret of Philly.
