This was the second time I’ve ever eaten at a Qdoba. We were the only customers that stayed there to eat. We each had a burrito. You tell them which ingredients you want. When I asked for the veggies to be added (my hubby had veggies on his too) there were very few left in the bin. I really thought the server was going to get more but he didn’t. I received a quarter or less of the serving (veggies) my hubby got.

I wouldn’t know how the food tastes because no one on the line thought I was important enough to serve. The 1st young lady with short reddish brown hair did acknowledge me after about 2 minutes. She continued to talk to staff in the back. She was at the station nearest to the back. She was jokingly telling them they needed to be better at their job. A young Latino guy comes up. Looks at me then turns and talks to the other young lady for a few seconds. Then he turned around, walked to the grill and started flipping chicken. MIND YOU, NO ONE ELSE IS IN LINE JUST ME. I politely turned around and left. NO ONE SAID A WORD!

I walked in with my son to order Qdoba. The line was long. I’m not sure if they were short staffed or what but it took a good 10-15 minutes to get through the line. I was angered that to go and delivery orders took precedence over those who had patiently waited in line. I also observed a skillet on fire with flames at least 10 inches tall. The guy who waited on me didn’t apologize for the wait or acknowledge me as I was waiting right there in front of him.

Horrible service. Food was not ready at pick up time and quantity was so little flow what I’ve ordered. Container barley had any chicken in it. This is not good service. I do not recommend this location.
