I am always blown away by how clean these stores are. This location in an particular was super clean and so friendly. We had multiple staff come check up on us throughout our lunch. For a restaurant where you don’t have a waiter or waitress this is unexpected. The food is always amazing and I continue to bring my friends and family here that have never tried chicken salad chick. The chicken salad blt on a croissant with a side of broccoli salad is always my go to!

We’ve had their delicious chicken salad at a party before but never in the restaurant. Had the pleasure of going today and it was AMAZING! So good! Haven’t enjoyed a meal like that in a while. The stuff was suuuper polite and helpful! Will definitely go back for more.

Listen, just go and try it!!! My meal was délicieux en français! i had the olivia’s old south chicken salad on a salad with poppyseed dressing, the grape salad, and the broccoli salad. (i’m trying to be healthy! lol) the food was delicious and freshly made! the showstopper, though, was the staff working on 1/1/22 around 1pm. they were extremely kind, helpful, friendly, and funny. when i’m back in town, i will definitely stop by again for a bite!!!

The food is generally good. I eat here a lot. They’re does seem to be less of a punch in the flavor. The flavors don’t pop the west they used to but it’s still good. The staff are always amazing.

1st time visiting Chicken Salad Chick. Ordered a scoop of Classic Carol with broccoli & cheese soup. The location is convenient and the restaurant was very clean. I was greeted as soon as I entered and young lady who took my order was friendly.

I placed a large order for our office and asked that names be placed on the order. When the order arrived there were no names on the order. So I had 19 lunches that we were supposed to try and figure out. When I called the restaurant about this, the young lady apologized and stated they had told the person picking up the meal that they had not labeled them. She also stated that this was a training error for a new cashier. While I can sympathize with having new employees, this should not have been a training moment. For a order of 19 meals which was close to $200.00 a more experienced person should have been handling the order. There was also some items missing. This is the second time we have had items missing from our order. Unfortunately, we will not be using them for lunch orders again. While we do enjoy the food, expecting patrons to figure out the different types of chicken salad solely by looking at is is ridiculous.

I’ve been wanting to try this place for awhile, so I was stoked when they put this location in at the Palladiums. “Fancy Nancy” is amazing and the mac and cheese is perfect. Can’t wait to bring my wife here soon! Staff was super nice and seemed to be well ran/efficient. Will definitely be back.
