I ordered my food at 1:25 and nobody else was there in line inside nowhere. I paid and they asked me to pull up that they would bring my food out to me and I asked for sweet heat and barbecue sauce. I sat there and waited 25 minutes for my food to come to my car while they pulled up three other cars. I received my food cold and they gave me two packs of ranch. I honestly don’t know how this place is still open

Stopped in for a quick chicken sandwich, should have left after sliding on the greasy floor and being the only person other than employees in the parking lot. The bread was acceptable for bread. The chicken was fair, not overly juicy, not overly tasty. But the problem came 20 minutes later, food poisoning (I will be polite and not describe).

Used door dash , this location was determined I didn’t order a chicken sandwich combo after I paid 19$ with the tip for a chicken sandwich combo . Only to be told no I didn’t order any of that except just the sandwich. Seems like poor management and poor work ethics or management is pocketing customers money with half the food . Either way I would rather walk across shattered glass before I dealt with this poor customer service again !!! Door dasher was great to deal with ,Popeyes not so much .

Idk what all the fuss is about but this location is really coming around. You guys should really give them another chance. The blackened tenders are amazing. The staff is always super friendly. Will the general manager is always helpful. It sucks that they seem to always be short staffed. There’s usually only 2 or 3 employees working at a time. And the young lady Janeira is sweet and I always get my order quick fast and in a hurry.

Terrible experience. I went inside to dine in. The employee ask to take order as soon S i walked up to counter. I politely ask to give us a minute and he responded in a nice fashion ok. About one minute later I told the employee I was ready. He ignored us for the next 6-8 minutes all the while taking and filling two drive through orders. I finally left and went to Bojangles. Do not waste you time at this mismanaged restaurant.

I have gone to this location twice in two weeks and they aren’t prepared to open to sell food. Last week they had nothing on menu to serve and it would be up to an hour wait, at 11:15 am. Today they didn’t have the chicken sandwich because “the truck came late last night” and the chicken for their “famous” chicken sandwiches was not thawed out to cook and serve. Won’t be going back there, I only have so long for lunch and shouldn’t have to wait for food to thaw out anytime. I could see one time but 2 times in 2 weeks. Wow!
