Bush and Associates Inc
Wonderful experience- great place to eat lunch or dinner, hang out and listen to music, and watch skiers or bikers go down the runs /trails. Best poutine fries ever! Pizza, salads, sandwiches- everything is delicious and served quick. The wait staff is unbelievably friendly. If you haven’t been to Tuque’s (or The Pizza Slice) you don’t know what you’re missing.

Slope side bar and grill with a decent kitchen. Gets pretty packed when Snowshoe is busy. The smash burger wasn’t really a smash burger- hardly smashed. The sauce was kind of overpowering, didn’t really like it. It was still ok, and the fries were very good.

Limited food menu; seemed to offer select items from nearby/adjoining pizza place. Made drinks inhouse and service was exceptional. Note: we visited in the off-season, so def want to come back for their green tomatoes w/ crab and their burgers!

This place was amazing. Food was very great ESPECIALLY the poutine with that gravy sooo good. Best of all, our server Riley, helped us out so much. Patient with us by helping us with the menu, and even advocated for us when our food got messed up and fixed it right away! Highly recommend!

Absolutely terrible. Waited 45 min for appetizers that came eventually cold. Freshness questionable at best. Loud heavy metal music. Staff friendly though, just not trained to demand from the “chef ” fresh and healthy food for their customers. Not worth 3 star prices they charge for mediocre food.

Hard to find, but the food was worth searching for. I had the chicken with butternut squash risotto and a couple white Russians. Staff were friendly and helpful and the food came out quickly! I highly recommend the Mac and cheese bites.

Tuque’s is one of the more highly-rated restaurants at Snowshoe. It may be, but I couldn’t tell, given that my family and I arrived at 4:20pm for an early dinner. Unfortunately, they stop serving their burgers/sandwiches at 4:00pm, and don’t start their limited higher-end menu until 5:00pm.
