Meme is an artist! This is one of the most unique restaurants I’ve ever eaten at in Arkansas — or anywhere. And I’m not a vegetarian or vegan. Also, she’s one of the sweetest, most dedicated people you’ll ever come across. I would have posted more food pictures except we dove into them so fast that they didn’t look as nice as when they arrived and I didn’t want to make her food look bad.

This is so sad, because I actually liked this food and was very supportive of this company. I spread the word about this place every chance I got, but now I kind of regret it because of how rude and disrespectful she was to me on the phone. I don’t live in Little Rock but when I do go I only like to eat food here. My step dad sometimes likes to buy me food when he goes there but he knows nothing about how to order online. She gave him her personal phone to call sometimes when he comes down and she said she doesn’t let people order over the phone but she would do it for him. I don’t have a problem with ordering online when I am doing it myself and I even told him that I don’t want to be doing that a lot. I recently stopped eating processed unnatural sugar and the only place I felt like didn’t cook with that type of sugar was this restaurant. I had to call to make sure before I placed an order online, but when I got on the phone she was very rude to me and had an attitude saying my step dad just called and she don’t like people calling her personal phone, and I said I didn’t know why she gave that number to him in the first place. She ignored me and keeps talking. Then i asked did she cook with sugar and she asked me “What are you allergic to Llatonnia” in a rude way. Then goes to tell me that no vegan restaurants cook with sugar and I tell her some do. And I said I wasn’t trying to make her mad. She said she wasn’t, but she was talking loud and aggressive on the phone as if I’m a little child and I’m almost 30 years old. I am so proud of myself for not snapping. I was about to order double food today, but I will not be ordering from this place ever again. Just lost a great customer.

I wrote a mediocre review about a week ago and returned today to edit it because the food and service is just that good. I was incredibly impressed by the workers and the quality of the meal. You can truly tell this business cares about their customers and wants them to have the best experience possible. You definitely need to account for wait times/be flexible, but I assure you that the wait is well worth it. I’d recommend placing an order at least an hour and a half before their listed close times while expecting a 45 minute to an hour wait depending on the size of your order. If you have any concerns, express them and I guarantee you they will make it right. Meme’s will have my business anytime I’m in Little Rock.

Wow!! If you are looking for great vegan food look no further!! This is the place!! I have never in my life experienced something so good! It was a hit with all the family and not a crumb was left. Lasagna, twisted potato, and okra is what we ordered! And We just placed another order as well!!!! Highly highly recommended!!!

Meme’s is hands down some of the highest quality vegan food in the whole US and I’ve tried vegan food in all 50 states. They were incredibly sweet people and they even gave me a slice of apple pie, which was arguably the best apple pie I’ve ever eaten in my life. You can tell the food was made with love ❤️ I now understand the meaning of soul food, thank you. I wish I didn’t love so far away or I’d eat here every week! Love you guys

How do I even begin to describe this place? Amazing, Awesome, flavorful, bountiful, delicious, scrumptious… This is not your average, typical, sit-down restaurant. You CAN eat there, but their business model is designed for take-out. When she brought our food out she said “it was made with love”. Indeed it was! A great vegan twist of everyone’s favorite comfort/soul Food. Do NOT hesitate to call an order in, you will not be disappointed.

Ya’ll this is the place you need to come to for delicious Vegan food! I promise you the only regret you’ll have is not giving Meme’s Twisted potato a try. You can taste the love, care, and time in the food that the chef prepared. ❤️Great options for meal preps to make your week easy.
