Did an order through door dash, DD staff didn’t do it right, when I called to see what could be done the “manager” (which I doubt) was very obnoxious and rude over a question she could’ve answered politely and then was stating that she didn’t believe me, that she doubts it, yea so I’m just calling for fun to waste time and to get $3 back. She must be miserable, and of course is very unprofessional. Study people and be educated.

The workers are very rude and the management hears it and acts like they didn’t see anything. Why are you mad because you made my drink wrong? I NICELY asked them to remake it because I know hey, it’s fast food people make mistakes. But what’s the need to snatch it, yell “I need to make her a new drink” and then have a face while making it and then throw it in the counter and walk away? Sheeeesh find a new job if you hate your current job.

The worst Customer service Employers one can come across. When an Employer works for a business they are a representation of that business and the backbone of it. Unfortunately, the way Management handles this environment is representing how low DD has fallen throughout the years. How can Employers get away with yelling and cursing to their Customers?! Retraining is a huge necessity at this location because it’s a circus there.
