They were very accommodating. The appetizers were great. We had the gyoza, chicken fried rice, and miso soup. We also had lots of sushi. The sushi was good, but it was literally falling apart the whole time. I feel like for the amount of money we dropped, they could have rolled the sushi tighter. The service was amazing otherwise.

Not the biggest of sushi selection. They do have some unique items though. Sushi was very tasty and very fresh. Restaurant wasn’t busy at all on a Monday evening. Interesting to see they are only open for dinner. My only complaint would be they were short staffed so we had to wait a bit before our order was taken. Otherwise super friendly and helpful service. Definitely recommended.

Absolutely love Zen’s Sushi! The service is always great the food always hits. Off the menu Pomegranate Mojito is my favorite! You can never fail with a quick bite here. Zen’s is a cozy laid back place to enjoy a nice intimate meal. We’ve been coming here for over 10 years!

Our server was very nice, but the food was unexceptable. My spicy tuna roll was canned tuna with spicy mayo on top. My wife’s spicy snow crab roll was made with minced imitation crab. We’re trained chefs, so we know what quality food when we experience it. And this was not it.

The sushi was definitely not as good as others I had in Texas. Even the basic rolls were overpriced compared to other sushi restaurants. Even the menu did not have any special sushi rolls I was hoping for, I thought Dallas would have better but most places are just too basic around here. Nothing special.

Delicious vegetable yakisoba. Veggies tasted super fresh and not over cooked with a crunch to them. Miso soup was nearly flavorless although the abundance of tofu and greens was nice. Yakisoba portion size is laughable for the price. For that reason, prob won’t return very often.
