This five stars is for the fries but four star for the salad. Nice dine in area and great customer service. Highly recommended the fries, great price and also delicious favor. However, for the salad, the tofu is extremely sour and the meat is really dry. Will try something else next time but recommend this place if you want some healthy food.

Jack’s has a delicious variety of sandwiches, salads, and sides. Nothing beats their urban fries! The mac and cheese is also an excellent side. Both salads and sandwiches are flavorful. There are a few vegetarian options, but they could definitely add a few more. Jack’s has been one of our favorite places for years, and even though I’ve moved out of the sacramento area, it’s always top of my list for places to eat when I’m in town.

Decent Chipotle chicken (Def recommend the turkey or Cajun chicken more, those are really good) , amazing Mac & cheese though, the place was packed with very little attempts at maintaining social distancing which sucked especially as we enter another shutdown. Def recommend they stop people from entering when the line wraps all the way around and people are standing shoulder to shoulder

It was a little disappointing. I was excited when they advertised a turkey brie sandwich but when I got it I found it is an overpriced turkey bacon Swiss sandwich. It was good but definitely not as advertised (see the pic with clearly Swiss cheese). Plus the mac n cheese was pretty void of flavor. I would definitely not be complaining if I didn’t pay over $25 for the meal and still have to eat with a plastic fork. Next time thanks but no thanks!
