Highly recommend!!! We recently hosted a party and Pablo’s catered the food. It was absolutely incredible. Every single person asked where we got the food and said it was some of the best Mexican they had ever had. The taco bar was phenomenal, and they provided everything we could possibly need to host a fantastic, hot meal. The Pablo’s team was super nice and great to work with. We will definitely order from them – and visit – again soon!

This is not Carne asada. Asked for medium rare. I got a rare fatty steak not even cut up. Only a few good pieces of meat. And wayyyyy to pricey. The waitress also was so rude! Will never come back

The music was uncomfortably loud. There was 1 Bartender and she took her time serving patrons. She was also not the friendliest. It seemed that she did not want to be there. She actually asked some guests to be quieter as they were trying to talk to each other over the music. The food and drinks were great, but not worth the wait, the poor service, and loud music.

Server was nice but something wasn’t right with their kitchen. Ordered two entrees and a kids meal and it took just over 50 minutes to arrive. There were very few people in the restaurant. We did not have time to eat at that point and had to take it to go. Would have expected more than a quick apology from the server to make things right.

Would not recommend. Ordered my favorite meal, Camarones a la diabla; one I’ve had dozens of time in many locations and multiple countries. Here it was so spicy it was inedible. Rather than grilled shrimp in a reduced, thickened pepper sauce, it appeared more as steamed shrimp in straight hot sauce.

Attached to the Country Inn and near Mackinaws, Pablo’s is a bit hidden from the street. Nice, bright decor and pleasant music. Full service bar. So glad we found our new favorite for Mexican food ! Warm, fresh thick tortilla chips and blended house made salsa was a treat. Chicken fajitas were great as well as this super humongous burrito my husband ordered wrapped in bacon. Not for the light-weight….that’s for sure!
