Dusty, dirty, grimey. Looks like nothing has been cleaned in months. Layers of dust on walls, signs and shelves, grease marks on walls. Bathrooms were gross. Filthy…scared of the cleanliness on the back end and kitchen

I ordered on the app so I could pick up the order like I do at Chipotle, but they didn’t bother to make it before I got there. There was a mistake on the order, then an extra charge to correct it but my food was not to be remade, I was going to get meat and fixings in a cup on the side with a lettuce/sauce Burrito wrap. Not only was the worker rude, I had to argue for minutes for her to correct her mistake and serve me the food as I ordered it. Not going back

I enjoyed the burrito I ordered. It was maybe a little too much food for lunch, so only ate half of it at the restaurant. It was also pretty messy, but I would definitely go back again because it was good.

Made so many errors on our order. Had to use the app but then order would bit accept free chips coupon so had to order from website. 5 errors and missing items all on one order. This was our first and probably last visit. Not worth it and 4 shrimp on the taco with dried out flour tortilla. Not impressed at all. Go elsewhere. Zantigo across the street was better.

Food was great, higher pricing than expected. A couple of employees were good but there was one with a hoodie on with the hood up, not real professional and she was not friendly. Gave the feeling “don’t want to work don’t want to be here”. No employee in foodservice should dress like that just not clean and professional. Restaurant itself was clean.

Wow! So much better than Qdoba and Chipotle put together! Actually tastes like authentic Mexican cuisine. The staff is always very fast and proficient. I love their tofu which is not typically my go-to but here at Pancheros I can’t get enough of it.

Love that they make their tortillas fresh in house and that they mix up the ingredients before rolling up your burrito. Chipotle still has better cheese and sour cream though. Overall I really like this place for a change of pace.

A co-worker told me I need to check this place out. I liked the idea of a better than Chipotle restaurant close to me. The staff all seamed upset to be there and didn’t care to help me. I stood at the counter watching people waking around ignoring me. A pile of floor dirt was swept into the pile and left in the walk way. I was not acknowledged at all so I left and went to Chipotle.

I wanted a burrito bowl and this place was close to my house so decided to try it. When we 1st came in no one was upfront we had to keep saying “hello”and call for someone. Finally gentleman starts making my bowl and I ask for rice and beans to be put on the side not in the bowl, the cashier trys to charge me as a side I tried to explain but he completely ignored me and only spoke with the other workers in Spanish. They explained & he finally took the charge off the bill. Cashier also had a big nasty hicky on his neck that just turned me off from eating. The plastic utensils were dirty as well, how that’s possible I have no clue?! The food was very very bland and the lettuce taste like it came out of a bag. The burrito bowl was not good at all, save your money or go to a different location, maybe you’ll have better luck.
