The guy that took our order literally belched in our face and didn’t say excuse me, told me my child was “really hyper” and eye rolled, and didn’t even give me all of my change. The bun for our burgers was pretty much rock solid and couldn’t even eat them. The fries were decent and the onion rings were okay I guess. Overall, very big let down. I’ve had Hardee’s a few other times, but this location was entirely different and didn’t even come close to the other locations.

Just left this location. Our food was freezing like room temperature. Immediately turned around the guy first tried to question us about a receipt like didn’t recognize us at all from 4 minutes earlier. He went to get the manager. Manager tried to swear there was no way it was cold we handed him the bag and he was really weird about it and said “I guess it’s kinda cold I could make it again if you want”

These star ratings are when comparing them to other fast food places in the area. Service is usually moderately ok. Could be a little faster. But always worth the wait. Especially if you go in the middle of the night like I often do. The food is always just like you see it in the commercials. Staff is always friendly.

Whomever is managing this place really needs to retrain some people. “Dean” took my order. He thought it was hilarious to misspell everyone’s name as he was taking orders. Totally screwed my order up and when confronted went and hid in the drive thru. Blonde haired gal with all the tats was the exact same way. Very arrogant.
