The store was busy, and there was a 17 minute wait on chicken ( this Taco Bell has a KFC ). Or so the cashier said, as she offered us free drinks for the wait. As she turned around to help drive thru, a young lady called our order and handed us our box. It was discovered to be all legs and thighs. We were jipped. Someone was rushing the service to thin the lines. But the order was replaced, graciously at our convenience, so, I won’t really complain. I like drumsticks, after all.

So it’s 2 steak chalupas sUpremes, NO TOMATOES, NO LETTUCE, EXTRA SOUR CREAM, EXTRA CHEESE got extra lettuce and do you see the cheese!???? And that’s after i threw away some of the lettuce already!!! Paid for this but didn’t get it. Nasty looking people. And rude people. This Taco Bell has turned to Taco Hell and they are not doing it. OH AND I HAD TO GO IN AND GET MY CHICKEN BEFORE THEY DIDN’T EVEN GIVE IT TO ME. I THINK THEY ARE TRYING TO RIP PEOPLE OFF.

Every time I go through the drive-thru (I have went through 7+ times) there is always a problem with my order. Either something isn’t in the bag or something is not what it’s supposed to be. This always happens and has never failed to happen. This is absolutely ridiculous. Terrible service everytime. 0/5 stars if I could.

One of my favorite restaurants. But this one is really bad pour service slow 7 out of the last 10 times visiting my order was made wrong. I guess you would ask why go so often if its so bad. Well the only other in this area is 16 miles away give or take a mile or 2. For some reason in stead of being open late this taco bell seems to close at 8pm. I do not recommend it to anyone. I actually believe it to be so bad that it would be sanctioned for quality reasons alone much less the other infractions. By the corporate office of the company. Management and owner disqualifications are most likely to blame. Pour pour job guys.
