This has got to be the dirtiest DD I’ve EVER seen!! The restroom looks like it’s NEVER been clean but has stickers stating it’s deep cleaned and disinfected often.. toilet paper on the floor, overall a very dirty restaurant. I through my entire order in the trash and took the loss. I don’t want my child or myself to get sick from eating from here.

I came into the store at 2:45pm and I placed an order for a coffee and a frozen drink and after I payed for it, they told me that their machine to make frozen drinks was broken. So when I asked for a refund back for the drink they refused to give me the refund and they refused to give me the drink. They didn’t even offer to give me another drink instead. I don’t understand why they didn’t just tell me from the beginning that the freeze machine was broken before I payed for the drinks, and I don’t understand why I couldn’t receive my refund after putting me through all that trouble.

Very busy. Workers were polite and respectful. Helpful. Some of the bakery was in the wrong spot but worker did let you know ahead of time. Wouldn’t recommend getting something toasted if they are busy only because they are rushing and might mess up your order but otherwise clean place

The service was friendly and accurate but the line was out the door. It wasn’t the employees’ fault as their were only 2 of them. I saw a hiring sign but at the same time I got asked for spare change by a bum outside. I’m not sure how we became so inefficient as a society. Besides the wait though the small staff of 2 was very friendly and working as fast they could. I’m sorry the lack of hiring may be due to macroeconomics and not the fault of management but I can’t give 5 stars after waiting almost a halfhour for a cup of joe.
