My over all experience wasn’t that bad. I was babysitting some kids and took them there for dinner around 5-515. We ordered through the kiosk as there was no one at the counter. I wanted to pay with cash which this one had a separate machine on the side of the kiosk for me to use. I put in a perfectly fine $20 bill and it spit it back out torn almost in half I tried again with a different bill and it spit it out almost torn in half as well!! So after that I paid with card and went to talk to someone about the machine. The First Lady I talked to was nice and confused on how that happened and went to go get a manager. I wish I caught her name because this manager was a little rude. Had an attitude I did not appreciate. I simply just wanted to let them know that their machine ripped my money and she did not care. Just said “oh yeah that happens sometimes” Well if that’s the case then get it fixed or put a sign up that states it’s not working properly. She seemed annoyed that I pulled her away from whatever she was doing to talk about a simple matter. Then as we were eating our food in the lobby I could hear her talking very rudely to the other employees. Definitely the worst location I’ve been to. Was hoping for a better experience considering this is a newish location.
