Please be careful ordering from here over the phone. Unfortunately they have some very questionable employees and possibly a supervisor. I definitely want be ordering from here again. Multiple times I tried to order a medium meat lovers pizza online. However, was unsuccessful and kept receiving an error message stating “ Something went wrong and the item you selected wasn’t added to your cart. Please try again”. So I called Pizza Hut at 2:24pm. I spoke with Kayla who took my order and card information that she started to repeat out loud. Until I asked her was she really going to say my card out loud in front of customers. Her response was “there’s no customers here and we have your order. Your pizza will be delivered in 25-35 minutes”. At three o’clock the delivery driver Joshua Jones delivered my pizza and informed me it was unpaid for. I then called the store to confirm and inform them that I spoke to Kayla and provided my card information. I was then informed the manger would call me back. At 3:04pm MJ the manger called me and informed me by payment was unsuccessful and the the employee who took my order should have called me back to process my payment again but I can pay in cash or on the phone now. I than explained to MJ that’s not possible, I don’t have cash and that I gave my card information to Kayla which the receipt stated. He than asked the Kayla did she take my card information over the phone and she said “no”. At that time I asked MJ to run his cameras back to 2:24pm when I placed the phone order and he would hear her repeating the first four digits of my card. Because she’s clearly lying and her behavior sounds very suspect. His only response was that she’s new. New or not her customer service is subpar, and her lying to ger supervisor is very unprofessional and should be be grounds to termination. Because it’s definitely giving possible credit card fraud.

I normally don’t give reviews especially if it’s bad but I had to post this review in order to possibly help my fellow neighbors **DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. TRUST ME**. We went into this very optimistic but this was a legendary bad experience. Ordered online and confirmed it was “Ready”, arrived at the location right on time and 45 minutes later couldn’t wait any longer, was told they still had 5 orders before mine (1) pizza.

Look. It’s Pizza Hut. It’s not elite pizza but it’s good, cheap and easy to order. Today I had a great customer service moment. I ordered something wrong online and the cashier had staff remake my order and was friendly. He bought me a Pepsi for the mistake I made. In an age where customer service is lacking I was pleased at his kindness and it makes me want to go back.

Went there tonight December 28, 2022. They did not have stuffed crust and on top of that the African American guy (older w glasses) was rude when he informed us they had no stuffed crust. He gave his rude response to the Cashier (who was really nice by the way , I believe she was training) that they didn’t have it, and didn’t even bother to tell us and we were right in front of him. We went to the Pizza Hut further down Broadway, they were much nicer and had stuffed crust.

Ruined my New Year’s eve night dinner. Placed my order at 7:55. The site said it was ready in 18 minutes. I arrived at 8:35 and noticed a line with 4 people with 3 additional folks off to the left (7 total customers) but not an employee in sight. However, they can be heard telling personal stories and laughing. I asked how long the wait had been because they seemed not to happy. I was told by the only other female she had been waiting for 35 minutes. Two patrons began shouting, “hello we need help” (1 of which was the female). I’m there now 15 mins the longest running total is now almost an hr. One of the two who were asking for help was on the phone ad stated the general Mgr was othe way. Finally, now at 23 minutes into my wait, an employee appears from the back. Everyone was met with a severe attitude feim the employee and we were told there were only 3 people working and he has to make food because they are behind. It was advised by us the patrons he could have at least come and address the customers. No one was erratic but definitely frustrated. We were told they didn’t have any more stuffed crust (not my kind of dough) and the employee really didn’t want to check on any orders. He gave 2 refunds and called it a day on customer service. I called their 800 number after searching frantically to reach someone. I got an out of country call ctr rep who was nice enough to offer a refund. I mean that’s what they had to do because I left without food or answers. Smh. This is 2nd time. The first Mgr was nice enough to apologize and get my pizza to me although 30 mins late. However, last straw for me.

This place is absolutely Mess. I place order for curbside pick up and Parked right infront of their door. I was told my Order will be ready by 6:37 Pm. I went there 6:45 and clicked ” I am here” on email. I waited another 10 minutes but no one came. I decided to call the store as I had kids with me After long wait on call finally some guy answered. He ask name and said we are backed up but should be there shortly. So I waited another 8-10 min and call back since no one came. This time again same guy answered call but he ask my name again even though I told him I just spoke to you. I was really frustrated at this point so wanted to ask him if my order is not ready cancel it. But he put phone and said and looking for pizza. I can hear him talking to other people inside where he said he found it. However he did not show courtesy to tell me that coming with your pizza he just hang up phone. I was ready to drive out I saw guy coming with pizza if my kids where not with I would’t have got that pizza from him. When I reach home pizza was cold 🙁

The cheese pizza was burned and cold. The workers were playing in the back and did not want to come up to the front. I had to yell to the back to get someone. one of the worst pizza huts.

If there were only one reason I was dissatisfied, I wouldn’t even bother to say anything but there were so many areas that needed improvement. first of all, I received a call from the person who was preparing my order about 5 minuets after I placed my order stating that there were no bananas peppers available and if I’d I like to replace it with another topping. I didn’t have an issue with that. I appreciated the call. My order was supposed to be curbside delivery. After waiting about 40 minutes, (well beyond the app stating that my order was ready) I had to go inside the restaurant to retrieve my order because I was clearly forgotten about. I opened the box and the pizza was obviously cold. It was my birthday so I used a coupon code sent to me by Pizza Hut to get an order of free cinnamon sticks. When I opened the box that wan cold also. Not only was it cold, the coloration indicated it had not been cooked long enough or the temperature was incorrect. After one bite I threw it in the trash because it tasted like undercooked dough. So did the pizza. I had to cook the pizza longer in order for my kids to eat it. To say the least, I was highly dissatisfied.
