This location was just remodeled and apparently hired new staff as well. The dining area is much nicer and clean. The staff was polite and friendly. The sandwich I got was good. No complaints there. The only thing I didn’t like was the drink/condiment area. There was very little room for your tray while you filled your drink and filled the little sauce cup. No individual packets of Arby Sauce, just the pump. It was a bit of a struggle not to dump my tray. Luckily it wasn’t crowded there or it would have been a mess. Overall I had a good experience. Glad they have remodeled.

We spent 20 minutes waiting in the drive thru. 10 of that sitting at the order window. Once we ordered we were asked to pay and pull over into a parking spot. At this point I asked how much longer and was told 10 more minutes. We ordered 3 combos. 1 of which they were out of. I gave my sodas back and asked for a refund. It took a few minutes for them to refund my cash payment and handed it back with an attitude like I had inconvenienced them. I refuse to wait 30 minutes in a drive thru. Thank goodness McDonald’s is across the street and was able to serve me in under 5 minutes with multiple cars ahead of us. I will never do business with this location again.

Had to wait to give order and she was not friendly, then had to wait for the 1 sandwich (double roast beef) for over five minutes, with no one else in drive through. Food was only lukewarm. Have never had problems before.

Came in during slow time 3 p.m. one other table one car in drive through. Took forever to get food and everything was cold, curly fries were old. 4 people on shift 2 people actually working. Staff was friendly but food and wait time for cold food was a big dissapointment.

This will be our Go-To stop in this town now. The crew was exceptional! They took the time to change up a kid’s meal a bit and didn’t rush my large family when ordering at the counter. The restaurant is clean. Every employee we encountered was pleasant and helpful. The food is delicious. My crew was impressed and happy! These guys are impressive!

Absolutely the worst. Waiting 40 minutes to get service to order and the only reason we got talked to because we called the store while in line asking if they are only doing drive in. Manager was very rude that we called and very unprofessional. Will not be coming back.

Went through the drive-thru. Ordered ONE combo meal. Was told the park in the second handicap spot. About 5 other cars after me did the same. Waited 10 mins and still no food. Went in and requested my food or a refund. My food was ready on counter with the next cars food. No apology and my food was cold.

Went through drive thru.Was told to pull over with 5 other waiting cars!! Waited and waited!! Finally food was brought out. Food was cold and soggy. Only 4 cheese sticks out of what was a 6 stick order.
