The ice cream is obvi good, but I was super surprised by how good the cheese curds here were! Definitely give them a try. I’m from Minnesota so cheese curds are a big deal up there, being so close to Wisconsin and all….my point is I know my cheese curds and these were good haha

I visited this restaurant on Saturday May 13th and went through the drive thru. I had to repeat my order 2 times as they did not understand or hear what I said the first time. When I got up to window they gave me my drinks and asked me to pull up to reserve parking spot to wait on my food. I then looked over my receipt which was confusing so I parked and went inside. The girl at counter immediately rolled her eyes whenever I walked in and was extremely rude! Not once did she say hello or greet anyone else that was in there. The gentleman explained my receipt that they rang up my 4 cheeseburgers with a 2 for 5 promotion. I said they could have explained that to me but thank you. I proceeded back outside to wait for my food. A few minutes later they brought it out only to be a cheeseburger short! I walked back inside for my second time and told them that they were missing my cheeseburger. They said ok we will get it. I said no problem. I waited a whole 30 extra min for one cheeseburger!!!! That I only received because the older white gentleman (the one that brought us our food to the car) came back in and asked what was wrong. He literally just grabbed the cheeseburger put it in bag and handed it to me it was sitting there the whole time!!!!!! They definitely need better workers in there. One that can greet customers as they walk in and have a smile on their face and give customers a welcoming experience.

My first thought on this place was that it was dirty just by its outside appearance. The lady working the drive-thru was kinda rude. The wait time wasn’t too bad. The food was just ok to me. I had the Chicken Strip Basket. The Chicken was decent, the fries tasted a little old and the bread was cold and chewy. My son had a burger and fries. He said it was good. He also had the Oreo Cocoa Blizzard that he loved. For the 2 meals we paid a little over $20, which i thought was too much for that quality of food. This was probably the last time I eat at Dairy Queen and definitely the last time that I eat at the particular Dairy Queen.

DQ was one of my childhood favorites and going back is such a treat. Again great service and hot fresh food. Wait staff was happy and intergetic for it to be in the last hours of the day. I got the steak fingers and I almost have my mission accomplished.

I’ve only been once to this location. My item tasted like it was supposed to and presented like it was supposed to, also. However, the service could not hear me at all: at the drive-thru intercom or at the window. I had to raise my voice some and the order was still received incorrectly. I had to reorder my food because they told me they didn’t hear me. There did seem to be a fan or loud noise near the associate taking orders at the window that night. Parking is horrible on that street no matter what food establishment you go try to visit. That street is awful up and down it for miles, that’s not necessarily a strong fault to the people that work there.
