Every fast food place I go to, these kids have no manners at all and my order is always wrong. I am so impressed with the service I get every time I come to this arbys! didn’t make sure lid to container was sealed, all items ordered in bag was soaked with cheese and to correct the issue they had only given a new mac n cheese and when expressed concerns that it dumped and spilt on all items, employee said “it’s okay” and shut the window. rude and sloppy. Ordered over $50 dollars worth of food and used coupons so the order was under 30 bucks. We had to pull up and wait maybe 5 mins. Which is completely understandable considering the amount of food lol. Food came out fresh and hot. And they even apologized for the wait and gave us a coupon for a free meal. It was a pleasure the customer service we received. The staff deserve a raise for going above and beyond!

I was at the west tusc location tonight. Long line, too. Boy was i impressed. I had a pretty big order. And the line was fast, and my order was fully correct. Friendly girl at the window also. I appreciated all of it. Keep up the good work crew !!

i asked for a beef ‘n’ cheddar and only got a beef ! paid over $10 for a meal that was a waste . workers were more worried about who’s in the car and wasn’t focused at all .

My daughter and granddaughter was visiting from out of state and we decided to eat lunch inside. The place was very clean and the lunch was delicious ! My daughter and granddaughter ordered the brisket meal and I just ordered the regular roast beef. EXCELLENT . Never disappointed with ARBY’S !!!!
