Place came highly recommended but service today was trash. Wanted shrimp but was told they only have ketchup, mustard & cocktail sauce. I don’t eat either with shrimp so I canceled the shrimp. Ordered the 20 wing special, which up to today came with sauce on the wings. The rude guy in the red shirt said sauce ONLY comes on the section wings. Plus, he had a few more comments that weren’t customer friendly. Please keep your money. Obviously management is new or doesn’t know or care how customer friendly service works. Would give zeros but its not an option.

I ordered the 20 piece mixed chicken that comes with fries in the pan. Unfortunately they were out of drumsticks so it was wings and thighs only but there were very few fries for some reason. My two sons got some and that was it. Not even enough for the 4 of us to all get some. The chicken was great though!

Food is great, service not so good. 2nd time my order was incorrect. Customer in front of me order was incorrect also.Had to wait additional 20 mnutes for their corrections.If I wanted chicken I would’ve order chicken.

I see complaints of people about wings not being sauced when they ordered the party wing special!! Ignore those fools!!! I would go there once a week for their chicken livers and seafood. I’ve been gone 4 years and just went back, it’s just as amazing as I remember! You may wait in the line while they cook it… but would you rather have fresh food or premade?? In conclusion Hip Hop is my go to for my liver fix!!! The shrimp and fish are amazing too!!

Be prepared for a short wait, as there is always a line inside and in the drive through. That’s just how good they are. I usually get the 30 piece fried shrimp dinner with fries and coke slaw for only $9.99. They are highly organized, clean and the food speaks for itself. So delicious. I highly recommend this place.

A homeless man walked In it’s obvious he comes often because he stood to the Counter and waited patiently they say one moment . They passed him a plate of fries . He was so happy that’s all he wanted . It’s really nice to see kindness these days and let’s you know Love is the key
