The pizza is good but they have this guy with the worse customer service and they know. It was my first time ordering and he was so rude and gave the phone to someone because I had questions. I was visiting Lima and everyone I told already knew who he was. This is the normal. He hates his job and it shows.

Another great Mom And Pop place! Was told they had BBQ..it was great! BBQ ribs..real full rack of ribs, a baked potato, and a salad $15! Suace is tangy and sweet. Everyone in town comes here, crew is friendly and welcoming! They have a little convenience store and lottery.

Chance to try the pizza buffet I called them on a Monday and question them about the buffet they told me yes they’ve got their buffet I told her I’d be there in a little bit I get there and there’s sign hanging up saying they don’t have the buffets on Mondays why did they not tell me this why did they make me drive a 38 mi round trip why didn’t they just tell me no we don’t have buffet on Monday did they try to get me there to make other purchases or what no I am not pleased with them so I cannot tell you if their Pizza is worth having or not I won’t make another trip there they waste my time once I won’t let them do it again not on my dime.

Been eating at Fat Jack’s for many years, and have ate at all 3 locations. The staff is always pleasant, and the food is very consistent between all 3. Great for catering work functions also. Pizza is subjective to each individual, but never heard much of a complaint about theirs, so worth trying at least once.

Their pizza quality has gone south over the past 3 years. Almost always a mess, cheese never browned, crust soggy…they barely even cut thru the pizza. I always have to recut it when we get it home. No pride in their work based on how food comes out of there. We keep trying it hoping it gets better and every great once in awhile we get a good pizza or sub. If they change the quality of the pizza and I am happy with a few in a row, I will come back and update this review. Until then, they are okay…
