The people that worked there didn’t greet me and my husband and it was our first time eating there and they skipped us when we were in line first looking at the menu deciding what to get they just looked at us like we were stupid no one wanted to take our order the workers were rude.The broccoli beef sucked by the way it was too watery and they gave me more broccoli than beef I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN DO BETTER ROSENBERG!! AND HIRE PEOPLE THAT ACTUALLY WANT TO WORK IN THE FOOD INDUSTRY. IT’S NO ONES FAULT THEY HATE THEIR JOBS.

Lately (or for that last couple months), the drive thru is always closed “due to technical issues”. If I wanted to go inside to order my food, I would have parked. It’s becoming more and more frequent that they put this sign up. Not sure if it is because they are low on staff or if something is actually wrong with the drive thru equipment. Either give the staff some help or fix the equipment so it doesn’t break every other day.

Lately they are always out of something, they are very slow and drive thru line stays extremely long. After waiting to get service, you find out- no more shrimp, no more chicken teriyaki, or no more teriyaki sauce. I hope they get better, it’s the only Panda Express in our area. I may try again in a few months (if drive thru line isnt ridiculous) but won’t waste my time anytime soon

Food is fine but this place is always slow and often understaffed. Be less greedy and pay your employees better and these won’t be issues.

Absolutely ridiculous. I go to the drive through to sit there for 5 mins asking if anyone was there and then i pull through for them to tell me they can’t take my order and to go all the way around and back in line? and then the inside is closed and when i go back the line has at least 10 cars.

When I first walked in the door Jessica greeted me. Jessica gave great service and she was very confident in what she was doing. Jessica is definitely a keeper she’s great for customer service.

This will be the 2nd time we have tried going to this restaurant and every time they say (professionally, which is why they got two stars instead of one) they do not have food and will not be making anymore. We just left Panda about 20 minutes ago because they said all they had is one serving of fried rice and kung pao chicken left. I don’t know if it’s staff or their policies. Disappointing.
