Ordered the Pork Mei fun and requested no onions/leeks (allergies). What we got was lots of onions and no taste Mei fun. The noodles had a gross onion flavor (only flavor it did have) and they were clumped together. Egg rolls were so greasy that grease bled thru the bags. The sweet and sour combination was raw. Very gross. Never again!

Consumers get so tired of spending their hard earned money on less than acceptable customer service. I could cook over cooked rice . It’s so frustrating. I work at a job with alot of pressure, and high standards which means I work really hard for my money. It’s so disappointing to tip $7 on a $17 order an get home and have mediocre quality food.

Checking out the Chinese in our area this was our first time ordering- Half the people in my family got sick from our order- Spent $100 and had to throw out all the leftovers, should have known by the inside of the store. We believe it was the rib tips that made us sick, the people who didn’t eat them were not. Food was supposed to be ready at 7:50, gave them extra time and arrived at 8 and they didn’t start cooking till we arrived- did not leave the store till 8:40 (1.5 hours after ordering) Since I was in there waiting for so long- If you sit at the last chair in the waiting area next to the wall and look down, you’ll see dead baby roaches lining that dividing wall that someone missed sweeping up. I should have trusted my instinct. We will not be giving them a second chance.

The egg foo young wasn’t bad at all but i didn’t like that I couldn’t find their health department score anywhere after I ordered. It seems like it is a take out or delivery spot

THIS PLACE IS HORRID! I spent $40 for 2 meals, a few egg rolls and a fried rice. About normal for Chinese food. However the portions were atrocious. There was maybe a cup of vegetables in my meal with the remainder of the container filled with rice. The same happened with the other meal. Hidden rice. I essentially paid $9 per meal for rice. It appeared to be half and half but once I started to eat it was easily noticed. When I called to complain and ask for my meal to be remade they made excuses so I just ask for my money back. Upon going in the woman that waited on me precedes to tell me that I am crazy and that the portions are correct. I then showed her what I was talking about and she said it was my problem not a problem on their end and told me to leave. She then tried to involve the police officer that was sitting there which was a total fail. I did end up getting my refund being told to not return. I WOULD NOT GO BACK IF I WAS PAID TO DO SO. And if the woman that waited on me yesterday is reading this…i ordered General Tso’s chicken, moo goo gai pan, fried rice and egg rolls. I am very sure you remember me. Enjoy your review and i probably will not be the only customer that was unhappy and will not return.

Never had a bad meal from here and I am very picky about my food. Always polite when I call. Delivery drivers are also very nice. Love their Lemon Chicken, Boneless Chicken Breasts, or Mei Fun. Always prompt delivery.

I have been ordering from here for two years now and have never had any trouble or issues. The food is always great and generous portion sizes, the food is so good and always hot and flavorful. Delivery can take a while sometimes but it’s worth the wait.

I only give it 2 stars at least for the food. If it wasn’t for that I wouldn’t have gave it any stars. The customer service is terrible. Had to call back because they hung up on me. On top of that when they answer the phone they don’t even greet you with the appropriate introduction. I had to ask if I was even calling the right place. Then got hung up on so quickly before I could even say I wanted to pay with my debit card. Had to call back and let them know and had to ask for total or time before my delivery because they didn’t even tell me the first time. A lot of awkwardness and uncomfort during the calls.
