We always have a good experience when we come eat here. The food is always HOT and fresh. Delicious every time as well. We have yet to have a bad experience. The service is not only quick but also very tentative with refills, which is great! It’s great to stop by and eat before a movie or after. Definitely give it a try! The pork buns are delicious! (as you can see from the pic, we eat two before we remember to take a picture). And if you get fries or zucchini fries, get the seasoned ones, you won’t regret it!

Great service. Nice modern interior styling and warm lighting. The boneless wings had a bit too much breading for my taste. The kimchi wasn’t spicy enough or have enough zing for me personally but overall great experience. The bulgogi was great. The seafood fried rice was also very tasty and savory.

Ordered food through the app on the way home from an event. Accepted the order and said it would be done by 9:30. We showed up at 9:30 to a store that was locked, closed, no lights (but steam on the windows) and had hours posted it was open to 10pm. No sign or nothing why you were closed, but happy to take my money for not providing food or service. Food is great here, but the fact they closed with no sign or allowed their mobile order to stay open is poor management.

Good food but not authentic. I tried the House fried rice with beef bulgogi and Bull Dak. The rice cake was just not my thing, I don’t recommend the Bull Dak and it was more sweet than spicy. I would definitely recommend the fried rice!

Wow!! Like seriously! Was not expecting that. Could give more stars if I could to the food. DELICIOUS! You’d only know what I’m talking about when you try. A must!!

Nicole was a great server, she knew the menu had great recommendations and took care of me so well. The place has ample parking and a great open area feel inside. The athmosphere is friendly. I normally don’t eat my myself much, but didn’t feel odd at all. The chicken was great, it’s an experience for sure. I love spicey foods, they do mean spicy when they say spicy, but it wasn’t bad at all. Delicious. The Takoyaki was good, i will try them again at other places. The seasoned fries at a $3 upcharge are good, but not worth the $3 in my opinion. Overall the chicken crispiness is awesome, the flavor is okay, it’s all in the breading. Great place would go again, next time i would try the bibimbap or the bulgogi.

Finally got a chance to try out Bonchon. Although the selection was very minimal, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they offered beer and wine. My daughter and I each ordered an appetizer and an entree. The portions are plentiful and there was nothing that I didn’t like about the food. It didn’t “knock my socks off”, but it was still tasty, fresh and hot. Once our food was delivered, we didn’t get much more attention from our server. Finally got some eye contact after 20 minutes to order another drink and request the bill for fear of having to wait for it.

Now this is a Bonchon location worth the trip. This location has kept the same great quality in the food and the service was amazing. We are definitely coming back.
