I want to give a 5 star review, but I have had a few too many not so great visits to this location. I will say that when they are on it they do a great job. Today’s visit would have been a five star review, and I would highly recommend the salt and vinegar dry rub on traditional wings. I would however not recommend and dry rubs on the boneless wings, it really doesn’t work out that well. I will definitely return to location for more great wings.

Had an online order issue where I was charged with no confirmation of the order completion. When I went into the store to try and explain what happened to at least get a refund, I was quickly put into contact with the general manager where he personally corrected the issue himself giving me a 100% refund AND my order. I can definitely say that the service here is great and they understand the importance of treating customers with dignity and respect. 10/10 would recommend

We order To Go and we eat there. It is always a special trip for my daughter and I. The food is good and we have never had any issues with the staff. The place has been clean and they always seem friendly. My only complaint would be that there serving portions are not the same from visit to visit. Added a couple pics from our recent dine in.

Every time I come here I go straight to the bar seats because of Jen. This amazing woman is the best customer service/ bartender in the business she remembers you after a short time and makes the night a blast. She will be on her game and take the best care of you. Just be patient because she is always moving but she will make you want to constantly keep coming back again and again she’s the only reason my wife and I keep coming back. JEN YOU ARE A SUPERSTAR!! 10/10

Food tasted good. But portions were small, prices were high. Over $8.00 for 6 chicken boneless wings the size of nuggets then another $4.29 for an order of fries!! Soft drinks are over $4.00. I ordered 3 breaded chicken tenders with fries as a meal for over $10.00 and the tenders we a little larger then chicken nuggets! Wait time was around 20 minutes. Another 10 or more minutes before getting our drinks order. Another 10 minutes to get our drinks and another 8 minutes before we got our food order taken. They were not short staffed. Expensive lesson learned. Cannot afford to return.

Always a good atmosphere. However, this time was uncommonly bad. The food was cold. Not warm…cold. Medium sauce tasted like chemicals. Told the MANAGER about it, and he said all he could do was remake it. If I’m going to drop that kind of money for food, why is it cold to start with? Should have had some kind of solution involving discounting, since we also pay for the service we expect, as well as the food. More than likely, I won’t be back, and I will not have good things to say, especially about a 20-something ( if that) bar manager who doesn’t understand customer satisfaction. Was NOT a good experience.

We order wings, fries, and mozzarella sticks. The wings were cold, the fries were cold and stale. The mozzarella sticks were decent. I’ve never ordered from this particular Buffalo Wild Wings but I’ve always enjoyed other ones I have ordered from or been to. So it sucks that my experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings wasn’t good.
