Finally stopped in to try Ty’s Diner and it was fantastic. Son and I both got a double cheeseburger and we split an order of corn nuggets and cheese sticks. Burger had a nice crust from the flatop and was juicy and flavorful. The apps were awesome as well. Wish I’d stopped in sooner. Will definitely be back.

It has been 30 years since I had eaten at Ty’s Diner and the food was as delicious as I remembered. Today I did it up special and ordered onion rings. They were great. My only disappointment was management has chosen to replace Coca-Cola with Pepsi!

The burger was quite good, and the onion rings were not bad either! But the service was really lacking. They are only open from 11am to 2:30pm, which makes it super crowded. There are just not enough servers to handle that kind of volume of people. I still recommend it if you want good food!

This was my first time eating here and I loved it! The burgers are very reasonably priced and full of flavor. They have corn nuggets!! Oh that is exciting to me! Reminded me of home. The owner is who served my friend and I. She did such a wonderful job and has an excellent personality, we were laughing so much as we enjoyed our food. I definitely recommend eating here, I will come back.

Ty’s diner is absolutely wonderful. Very small menu. It’s a burger place. Everything is done to order. They’ll cook your food any way you like it. I never get tired of their cheeseburgers, and the hand cut fries are amazing, as are the onion rings. The staff are beyond awesome. You feel like you’re visiting some old friends. Ty’s is also super LGBTQ friendly. I can’t say enough positive things about Ty’s. It is one of my favorite places in Wichita to eat. They are only open for a few hours each day, and when they open, there is almost always a line out the door, so be prepared for a wait. On the plus side, they are very efficient, and even when the line goes around the side of the building, it doesn’t take too long to get seated.

The burgers here are at the top of the food chain in the Wichita and surrounding area. My wife and I went for the first time and really enjoyed it. We will definitely be going back!
