The veggie Alfredo has no flavor, no salt, no pepper, no seasonings at all. The sauce is chunky not creamy like Alfredo should be. The whole thing looks like it came out of a can, the vegetables and the sauce. I only got 4 unseasoned potato wedges for almost $5! The garlic bread was good. I also don’t like that they don’t do substitutions ie. Exchange slaw for these 4 unseasoned potato wedges, nor additions of other veggies ie. Tomato. I’m disappointed.

Ordered “Karl’s Special” pizza online… thin crust, large, Cajun crust, well-done. Order and payment online worked well. Picked up on time and it was ready. Unsure of the “Sizzling hot” reference as the pizza was not temperature-hot, though the Cajun crust was impressively spicy. Not bad, and yet not ideal. Still seeking a favorite pizza spot in Taylor… we’re concerned that this was voted “best pizza downriver.”

Used to love this place alot. Just got a pepperoni and bacon pizza delivered and from the box it smelled strange and tasted even stranger. We called up there to tell them that it was just off-putting and even asked if they changed the type of bacon they used. They said they’ve gotten this type 2 weeks ago and no one else complained about it. We tried to ask for another pizza with just pepperoni, we would’ve paid for it, we weren’t looking for a free pizza but the woman on the phone was so short and so rude and flat out said no before we could said we’d pay for it, we got nothing out of this exchange. Never going back, its sad because we’ve gone here for years.

So I have recently become kind of obsessed with breasted chicken (I tried it for the first time a few months ago) but with our family of 5, it can get quite expensive. We’ve tried a few places, and tonight we decided to try Karl’s! Their breasted chicken dinners come with fries, corn bread, AND one side!! That’s much more than any other place around here gives.. and we love our sides. Lol the food was still piping hot & fresh when it was delivered, I actually had to let it cool off to serve my little two. & It was absolutely delicious!! The chicken, fries, macaroni salad, coleslaw, AND cornbread were all superb! (And I am VERY picky about coleslaw and macaroni salad) I see people complaining about their fries being under the meat, but those were the best fries in our opinion! Lol I tried to put as many of those ones on my plate as I could. And to top it all off, it was delivered 50 minutes EARLIER than their estimated delivery time! The delivery guy was friendly and had a smile on his face.. 10/10 in our book. Even my kids devoured it. Will definitely be ordering again! And again..

Best small pizza place around. The cajun crust is the favorite among my crew. They have great service and always come thru when we make a large order. When I tell my crew I’m ordering pizza for lunch they always ask for Karl’s. Thanks for satisfying a needy group of mechanics.

Solid pizza place. Dough, sauce, toppings, and cheese are all great. I’d recommend getting the pan pizza. Make sure you specifically ask for it though.
