Great service every time. Love the food here. They continue to expand and improve the menu. They have cheesecake that is really good. They have a good selection of ice creams and sorbets as well. I got the chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream, cheesecake with strawberries, and the chicken alfredo pasta.

I come to this Carbones because of two servers who are outstanding. Sadly, I will no longer frequent this Carbones on E 7th due to a cook who is unable to follow order. I aak for no cheese or sauce to go over the edges. Every shop in town is able to do it. I hope it was intentional, or the poor guy lacks the skills set to meet standards at a local pie shop. I eat out every day and pay their asking price along with a tip between $10USD to $12USD. I pass by 4 pizza shops to patronize this one and there are plenty of Carbones elsewhere. I will do what I recommend you do, go elsewhere or don’t dare make a simple request.

If you live in an apartment don’t order delivery, I did that, it has to be done online from DoorDash & the pizza was left inside the main entrance to the apartment building. Instructions were given to call when they got there, no phone call, no pizza. The only thing that was ok is they did give me a full refund after calling DoorDash.

The food was AMAZING. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because they charge $1.50 extra for extra toppings, and I got two, and they were pretty skimpy for an extra $3 in my opinion. They could either load it up more or reduce the price. Aside from that, the service was awesome. I had the pizza sandwich calzone. It blew me away.
