Every time we have purchased pizza from this Jets location, it has been nasty. (Wrong order, order not even started when it was time for pick-up, burned pizza, etc.) This time we ordered the BBQ chicken pizza with extra sauce and they dumped half the bottle of BBQ sauce on it. $20 pizza and not even edible! Last time ever going here. Will drive out of my way to the good Jets at 26 & Romeo Plank.

The girl who worked on Saturday, July 8, in the afternoon, must learn to behave with customers. She is very rude. I understand that maybe sometimes you are tired and bored with work, but we all work, this is life and our duty is to be nice to each other. No one even paid attention to the order because I did not receive what I ordered. And we, the customers, work hard for money, we just want to be respected and receive what we order.

Buyer beware! Now that the covid pandemic is over food companies like Jets Pizza are charging the same price if not more for a smaller portions. Totally disappointed and my small jets 10 was burnt. Time to find a different pizza place that doesn’t ROB their customers!

I called my order for a cheese pizza under the name drummer the young lady gave me pepperoni I told her I don’t eat pork and I called told her it’s wasn’t cheese I had to throw it away I got my pizza today told the female with eyelashes she ignored me just pay the $12 I’ll never go back there again rude customers service it’s sad you pay to throw food away SMH they don’t know I a professional musician and run a radio show you need to know how to honor your customers thank you for nothing and the pizza I got today was old and dry I’m truly done

I had the best experience when I ordered from Jets for the first time this week. The delivery person was awesome. My pizza was hot, he was happy and seemed to enjoy what he was doing. I gave a tip in the app and when I use the app to pay a tip with other delivery people not once have they thanked me for it and I always wonder if they receive it. This person said “Hey and thank you for the tip”. It was nice knowing that he actually got it. Thank you for a great experience.

The new menu is horrible. No longer standard smalls or mediums available. On top of an outrageous price increase for lesser quality product has made this my last visit to this location. No longer their customer. Such a shame and such a big difference from the Jets that John and Eugene started many years ago

I love this store more than any other jets! The kids seem happy and are super attentive! I wish I could tip on my credit card, but I ALWAYS BRING CASH, because they really deserve good tips(so they keep giving the best service), that’s my opinion.

Ok so I just placed an order for delivery. Due to the fact my house was not easily accessible, I had to give special instructions for delivery. The young lady who took my order over the phone was completely awesome and the girl who delivered the pizza was great! And our pizza is perfect and so yummy! Thank you for being so accommodating.
