When you are told “no” when you asked for more salsa verde. Not even offered to let me pay for more.. Check the bag…”can I have the limes then that I asked for.” Sure. Here’s a meesly bag of limes when squeezed, no juice comes out. No fork either when the only thing ordered was asada fries. Absolutely horrible customer service. Not only are you waiting forever each and everytime, but the cashier who handed me my order practically tossed the bag at me without a word and closed the service window. I tried flagging her through the window to discuss my order and she refused to come to the window. Avoid at all costs!

I just started coming back to this location after I had stopped for months and it has changed. Food is great again. My order hasn’t been messed up once since I’ve been back like it was before I stopped coming. The cashier at the drive thru window is wonderful. She’s very professional which is a complete change from how this location was before. I’ve heard they are under new management so as long as they continue to be like this I will continue coming back.
