I ordered through door dash. Driver dropped my food in a timely manner. My order was completely wrong. Ordered sandwich and extra crispy thigh. I received a pot pie. Called kfc they said it was door dash fault for not verifying the order. Door dash resolved the issue even though it was kfcs fault. The recipt on the bag was correct, but the food in the bag was wrong. The eating the pot pie I kept get sharp pieces of bone. Not a good experience at all!! Door dash 5 stars, kfc 1 star for have good fries.

Awful experience. I finally decided to get KFC and family meal cost about 30 dollars. I got home and taking a bite of Mac n cheese and there were pieces of plastic. Disgusting and chicken tasted terrible. So sad that much money wasted. I tried calling store but phone just rang and then disconnected multiple times. I expect my money back but if they don’t answer phone then what can I do. I live further out than in town so waste of gas to go back. Since they are not answering their phone I went ahead and shared on Facebook too. Zero stars should be a option

Talk to much to people. I mean wanna go there to talk all day then have at it . It took almost 30 mins just to get my food in the lobby. But the food is good . They also give extra for the wait which is nice.

The cashier was super nice! I will say as often as we use to come this was a great improvement. $5.00 dollar meals are a good buy and their super fast for lunch which helps when you only get 30min. The food is good as always. The restaurant is pretty clean. Easy to park in handicap and get through the door.

Great customer service, horrible price for cold food halfway cooked chicken, (bad enough that my hard biscuit was tinted pink by the blood from the chicken). Too bad the food was so bad, we paid 56.00 for our meals, and we ended up going to a different restaurant because none of us hardly ate the food. I hate saying anything bad about KFC, I’m a long time fan, yet this location is lacking skills of basic temp and cooking temp and holding time in biscuits and sides .

I was headed for work, just needed to grab something for my lunch later… trying to order a 3 piece with biscuit. They asked what do I want to drink? I said nothing. Just chicken n biscuit. He said ok, but it automatically comes with a drink. Again I said I don’t need one. He said he cannot remove price of drink. I asked how do I just order chicken n biscuit? He said you can’t. You MUST pay for the combo. I then asked so, I would have to order individual pieces? And he never answered at all. I finally drove away.
