The worst place that I had ever gone to. Please for your safety! DO NOT EAT HERE. First we got food. All the workers were beyond rude and very unprofessional. It took them 1 hour to get our food. Went home and turns out that my chicken was RAW! Took a bite and it made me puke amd sick to my stomach. Went back to get a refund and they were very rude and did not want to give back our money even when we shown them our recipes! The signs and online said they close at 11:00pm but they locked the doors at 8:00pm! We went through the drive thu to continue to get our refund and they took the recipes and said, that the morning manager will look at it and give our money back. They said, they put the recipes in a safe place to where she can look at it the next day. The next day came by and still the whole staff gave us looks and they did not want to give us the money. They said, that since we had no recipes they couldn’t refund us. We mentioned that the staff put it in a safe place but, they threw our recipes away. Since they lied, we showed them our bank statements for them to finally acknowledge that we definitely did pay and did not get our money back. After that, the morning manager tried to kick us out as soon as possible. This place is a joke and I will never eat here again. I’m not sure how this place is running. It’s a disgrace that a place like this with a staff so rude can even be operating. I had warned you and I highly advise not to go here.

Last time I went through drive-thru. I got a number five and the fries were ice cold. Today I went through there got a number five and I asked her for hot fries. I was polite and I got lukewarm fries that were dumped in the oil. Hamburger was warm enough to eat but it was still just barely warm

They let me order 2 side patties for the dog and I appreciate that. No messing with buns or condiments. That doesn’t sound like a big deal but those of us that travel with pups appreciate it! And I mean the food is good.

3 cars in front of me and it took 20 min to get through the drive through, on a Monday @ 12:30pm – didn’t receive food until 12:51pm. After reconfirming my order at the window……awful slow when there were minimal customers. AND their parking lot was open, I.e they weren’t overrun by customers on either front inside or out. If you want fast food – this isn’t the place to go unfortunately.

When I order four double cheeseburgers with no pickle. I get home and they’re are single cheese no pickles and I’m charged double cheeseburgers no pickles. I’m done with your franchise. You haven’t done anything to correct your past mistakes and you’ll probably not correct this one. This review will be copied and pasted and sent to the national franchise department so they can deal with you since you have shown with previous ratings you don’t care about your franchises reviews.

By far the slowest and worst ran fast food place I’ve ever been to. BY FAR!!! This place should be shut down. Waited for 20 min at the drive thru waiting to order. I was told to wait three different times and when I got my food it was cold and stale. That place is absolutely bar the worst fast food place in Colorado!

Went inside to place our order. The person that tried to take our order couldn’t speak English so they called for help. We were able to place our order. We thought that everything would be ok. That was a mistake on us the order was cold. Take your business elsewhere. Should be zero stars.
