I never got to eat and i was getting ready to order, but….. As i said in the past, state street restaurants has been bad for its customer service and food quality. I have no idea who highered the young guy with a thuggish attitude at the cashier and irritation in his voice, not very professional. The last couple of times has not been to bad. But today was terrible, I’ve been working in the heat, So I just wanted to relax and eat, so I picked Arby’s on state street. Never again. My recommendation is to go to Charlestown road a couple more exits up. These Young thugs want to try to thug up state street, thats the best way to end up with out a business. No good service = no customers = no money = no business!

1 of the very few places that are actually open till 11:00 pm on Weekends )(not sure about weekdays) That alone gets them a 5 in my book!! Almost Every other food establishment closes at 9pm in New Albany on weekends, which is Crazy to me!
