We went in on a Sunday which is busy because of the campers coming down from the mountains. We ended up at the countertop to sit. Most tables were dirty or closed. We got the chicken quesadilla and finger steaks. Quesadilla was good and the finger steaks had a great breading and very tender. They were great! Ladies in the kitchen were awesome, one even helped us out. The server was slow, overwhelmed and not use to this place. One suggestion for the owner: maybe put up a sign when you walk in that says seat yourself. Everyone was confused when they came in and the server didn’t help much. I will change to 5 stars next time we go cause the food was delish…if service is a little better.

Great food! The Apple jelly is the best ever! Also we’re the biscuits she makes. Tammy was great and very friendly! We had 8 in our group who stayed right next door and this place was so convenient to go to for breakfast and again for dinner. So nice to have a fun place to sit down and eat with our friends after a long day in the mountains sledding.

This is a small place with really good food. Small but excellent selection of beer! I discovered Irish Death and love it. My wife and I have been twice and will go every chance we have. Excellent friendly service and did I mention really good food! Next post I’ll give info on what food etc.

Stayed right next door. We got in kind of late and they were nice to serve us. Their food is the bomb. I had the breakfast and it was so so good. Hubby had the small of the small country fried steak and lets just say what does the big one look like? It took up the whole plate. Also my daughter had the taco salad and it’s a huge salad and pretty tasty too. All fresh. The service was great. We will be back again someday!!. Oh and don’t get me started with the apple jelly. To die for yummy.

I rated it higher than I would have but I had a good breakfast several times but must be a different cook this time. They had home fries that weren’t done and weren’t crisp at all. The ham was good.

The food was definitely something to write home about. My favorite is the hamburger steak or steak fingers. But i think everyone agrees that the chicken fried steak is out of this world! Also try the bread pudding. You’ll never walk away hungry.
