My wife and son wanted to try the Wagyu beef burgers. We ordered and paid on the app. When we arrived to the restaurant they said they aren’t doing the Wagyu burgers anymore, even though they were available on the app and still on the menu board at the restaurant. I kindly asked for a refund and the cashier said she could do refunds. She was extremely rude and with her attitude I was getting the impression they just didn’t want to make the burgers. I ended up having to waste a bunch of time trying to contact the corporate office to request a refund. Now I have to wait 5-10 days for a refund to process. Assuming the burgers are no longer available, Arby’s should consider removing them from the app and the menu so this doesn’t happen to others. I like Arby’s, but it isn’t worth this hassle and terrible service.
