First time trying Cookout last night and I was honestly shocked. The food came out hot, fresh, crispy and delicious. The line was longer but moved so quickly. I ordered the ranch crispy chicken wrap and the burger combo with side of cheese bites and onion rings. Everything tasted so good and the best (and most dangerous part) was the fact that it all came out to $12. The cheese bites deserve an honorable mention because they were big and wonderfully salty and squeaky! Perfect cheese curds.

I ordered a big double burger and when I went to pick it up, it was only half wrapped with part of the bread hanging out. The sandwich was loosely put together and falling apart. The bread was smashed down with fingerprints and there was part of a stock of lettuce, not even sliced sitting in between the burgers. No wonder it wouldn’t sit together properly. Overall, I came in after work because I had a long day and was hungry so this was pretty disappointing for a 7 dollar sandwich.

The customer service here is rough. The workers aren’t very friendly. The food is good though, except the Corn dogs. I had one that came burnt and half of the cornbread had fallen off.. so the hot dog was literally charred. It was disgusting. I wish I had taken a picture. Other than that though, the past two times we have went they gave us extra sides which was nice. I didn’t even order fries but because it wasn’t busy and my friend who was with me ordered them, they must’ve given me what was left in the fryer. That was kind, the staff could be more patient at the order station.

Wasn’t the best, but also wasn’t the worst. I did the drive thru, and they were pretty chill and did everything right they just took a bit to get it ready. I’m guessing they have a staffing issue as to what took so long to get my order ready. The cashier was apologetic for the time it took, but I know its not their fault that the business is understaffed, so I was chill and didn’t complain to them as they did their best to provide the expected service.
