I’m not one to go out of my way and write a review but I have had way too many negative incidents here. I stopped going to this dunkin a while ago because they suck, I decided to stop today and big mistake, I ordered online ahead and it was two coffees, the kid working was so slow and I watched him not put the lids on anyone’s order correctly and it took him ten minutes to move a finished drink from one counter to the next, I went to pick up my hot coffee after waiting 15 minutes for one coffee and I burnt my hand from it spilling out. Please hire faster and more competent people!

Absolutely horrible service. The staff is undertrained, and the manager is always very cold like she’s had a fight with someone. No customer service skill. She was curt and rude to me when she was taking my order!! I wonder how this girl is a manager, what skills qualified her????? The rest of the staff is nice and friendly, but you can tell they don’t know what they are doing half the time. Suffice to say I won’t be going back any time soon!

This DD on a scale of 1-10 would be rated 5. Staff is not energetic or friendly. But eventually they get the job done. I understand it’s difficult to get help these days but having someone at the counter with energy & a positive attitude makes even a DD experience pleasant and enjoyable. These little things in life add up to a better world which in which we are in need of.

Heard another customer in the long line suggest to the employee mopping that he assist behind the counter where he was needed more. Ordered ahead by 15-20 mins and food still was not ready. Avo toast was borderline burned.

My boyfriend and I stopped in Sunday morning for a quick breakfast and coffees to go. The line grew quite long and there was a lot of confusion about where the orders will be when they are ready. There also seemed to be some lack of communication or organization amongst the staff as orders were taken but hardly any orders were coming out. The drive thru line also seemed pretty long, so I understand being busy but it seemed very chaotic.

On many occasions my food is made quickly and poorly, either burnt, not cooked enough, etc. But what do you expect from Dunkin? it’s fine. The employees are usually nice also.
