I’m am very upset because I have been waiting for my order for over 30mins – I was stuck in the drive thru line cars in front and behind me. The workers were sitting around and lack work ethic. Very unprofessional. There was a worker out of uniform in a green shirt who didn’t have on gloves nor hairnet and was playing in her hair, laughing, hanging out while costumers are waiting for their food. I asked for a manager and none was available. Please be respectful to customers. There was no reason to wait for over 30mins for a frozen coffee!

Worst customer service EVER…all day every day!! From the time you pull up to the speaker to order until the time you receive your order (which is always slow) they make you feel as if you are hindering them. They always sound so miserable and annoyed. I used to love DD, it was my go to coffee…even loved them more than Starbucks! That said, I would rather pay more at Starbucks and receive better customer service!! Just a simple smile and nice greeting at DD would help tremendously!

horrible… lady at the drive thru acted like she didn’t even want to take my order. waited in line for over 20 minutes and when i asked for a PUMPKIN chai she gave me just a PLAIN chai latte NO pumpkin but still charged me for it. it’s quite disappointing and frustrating.

I frequent this Dunkin Donuts location and I was not please on my previous orders of the Signature Caramel Latte. As soon as I voice my opinion to Ashanti on how I was dissatisfy on my previous orders, she heard my concern, and provided the way it should be made. Very please with the taste and service. It took us over 30 minutes to get our order in the drive thru. There was only 2 workers and they were overwhelmed (rightfully so). Due to low staff they continued to get our orders wrong. After repeating our order multiple times we had to send our food back. Even when they repeated our order they still got it wrong.

Kids with no customer service skills. Today 5/31/23 went through the drive thru they’re not accepting card only cash how convenient. Went inside to order stood in the front for 20 minutes with no one coming to serve me, went and ask asked them to take my order no response they just looked at me. Come on management. And to top it the little girl at the front told me she didn’t care i was standing there for 30 minutes, and walked away no even talking my order. Thanks bit no thanks I will not be going back.

I asked for my drink a specific way but it was not made how I asked for it and when I made it known to the barista that it was not how I asked for it she didn’t even ask if she could fix it. Specialty drinks are not free nor are they cheap and I’m the one paying for it so it should be prepared the way I ask within reason and it was a very simple request ♀️

Worst experience ever. Ordered two bagels with extra cream cheese and they were both barely covered in cream cheese. Ordered a refresher that ended up being entirely tea. The entire experience was bad and the staff we unpleasant.

By far the worst location in Henry County! First, running out of product is one thing but consistently running out of simple things weekly is beyond ridiculous! No on makes the coffee the same way! They prepare food for the drive thru customers purposely before the inside customers and have told customers food is not being served on the inside and they must go through the drive thru to get food! It’s ridiculous how much management has been through this location and still can’t get this store together! You have a prime location right by 75 you should act and stock accordingly and your staff shouldn’t argue with customers that are upset that you are consistently out of the items wanting to be ordered and purposely won’t serve food inside because your drive thr is always backed up! Just like McDonalds and their always broken ice cream machine!
