I was worried when I saw the bad reviews. 3-8-23 at 10pm I recieved the best pizza I had from a pizza hut since I was a kid. I never been to this location before but I will be back! Wow! Personal pan with pork and mushroom was OUT OF THIS WORLD! puffy crust, great flavor and hot as hell!

Not gonna bother ordering here again..1 star is too many… I ordered delivery at 4:30. Get a notification it’ll be delivered by 5. 5:15 I still don’t have a pizza so I check the tracking only to see that they’re still “preparing it” so I call and the lady tells me it’s heading right out the door. I live 5 minutes from this place and out took another 30 min to deliver it. (my guess is they hadn’t even started it and only sent the notification that it was out for delivery while they actually made it.) Then to top it all off I open the box to find no sauce for my breadsticks or cinn sticks. Oh and they forgot to cut and put the topping on the breadsticks as well……then I try it eat it only to discover there’s no crust on the edge AND the dough isn’t even fully cooked!! Absolutely ridiculous! Save your money and go elsewhere.

I ordered the pizza box with pasta and the pasta was not completely done. The middle was fine but around the edge of the whole thing the pasta was still uncooked and disgusting.

How my pizza looked when I opened the box. Still tasted good but was a mess. Also missing sauce with my bread sticks. My delivery driver was very nice. Hoping next time will be better.

This Pizza Hut has the worst service! We moved here in the summer and this is the only pizza place that delivers. I’ve ordered from them a ton as I am busy with four kids and a graduate student. I have experienced it all. They take sometimes two hours to deliver. The sauce problem is ridiculous. Pictures below is a cheese pizza that is suppose to have extra sauce an has next to no sauce! Also who taught this person how to cut the pizza? I ordered cheese sticks on my previous order and they send breadsticks. I ordered a super supreme with out the Italian sausage and Pork and they sent it with! They remade it today and guess what! It still has sausage on it. Worst pizza place ever!

Large pizza had 6″ of toppings in the middle crust was not done. Ordered extra cheese. Hardly any cheese. It’s sad to see a great pizza joint go down like this…..I won’t be going back.

We walk in and the lady immediately stops us and says we have an hour and half wait. The lobby was 1/3 full – she said they couldn’t keep up with all the orders coming in. Delivery and carrying is priority first. This is terrible customer service for a Friday night

After giving 5 stars on my previous order, I now have to change it to 2 stars following my order yesterday. I ordered Detroit style pizza and paid extra to have pepperoni/sausage/mushroom/onion and i redeemed a reward for free cheese sticks. The pizza arrived and only had sausage/pepperoni on it and the cheese sticks arrived with no marinara sauce that was to be included according to the offer. Yes, I took pictures of the pizza. It will be a while before I order there again.

The Manager named Jen if that is her real name was very rude kept cutting me off and wouldn’t let me order when I have 2 kids I’m trying to feed management needs to change very big issue and should never be treated like that as a costumer and on top of that jus hung up on me in my face very rude and sad bc we order from there all the time and never been treated like that
