Got the vegetable pasta bake with bread sticks and the new melts with extra sides of sauce. Not impressed with any of it. Underneath the good looking toppings on the bake was a bunch of dried out noodles with almost no sauce. The bread sticks needed more seasoning on them, the sauce cups are only half full and the melts were less than desirable. After eating maybe half, the rest went in the garbage because that’s what it was.

This place has went way down since I worked there my pizza was not fully cooked and was raw we was able to eat 4 pieces sadly the rest went into trash our breadsticks was hard and nasty the cinnamon sticks was hard to eat and the icing looked bad like it’s old

I’ll start by saying my wife really enjoys Pizza Hut. Their delivery is good and we’ve never had a bad experience as far as the customer service is concerned. Fast forward to the week before Christmas…12/19/21…to be exact. My wife is rear ended by a Pizza Hut driver, while sitting stopped at a red light. I won’t mention names…because I’m not “that guy” and Pizza Hut will know exactly who I’m talking about. My wife’s car sustained over 4k in damages…thank God she’s ok and my two young children weren’t with her in their car seats at the time. The driver fails to follow up with their insurance company….who happens to be the same insurance company we have…within the alloted 8 day period. Our insurance company then tells us that we’re responsible for the deductible, due to the Pizza Hut driver not having the proper insurance coverage while delivering for Pizza Hut. This could’ve happened to anyone on any given day…imagine if it would’ve caused severe bodily injury…or worse. I contacted the local Morton Pizza Hut multiple times, with the promise that a General Manager and/or a District Manager would reach out to me…nothing. I spoke with the same Assistant Manager two times (again I won’t mention names…rhymes with trot). The moral of this review is a delivery driver should not be hired by anyone, especially a well known established business like Pizza Hut, without the proper insurance. And the people running the business should be professional enough to follow up on serious issues. I’m sure if my pizza was delivered cold it would’ve been corrected, so why hasn’t anyone contacted me regarding Pizza Huts uninsured delivery driver? We all live in a small community and spend our hard earned dollars with local businesses. So now my family will also spend money on a deductible. All because the ignorance of a delivery driver and the incompetence of store management not validating that their delivery drivers have proper insurance.

Never order from here if u are smart. Ordered 45 dollars of food and driver shows up with half the order and then leaves and comes back 30 minutes later with the rest. Tried to call the Store to talk to a manager and nobody would answer the phone. When telling the drive I should never of gave him a cash tip when he forgot half our order he threw the tip back at us and when and got in his black car and slammed his car door and peeled out of our neighborhood and almost hit a car that was parked across from our house. He the squealed his tires and drove away really fast . So one final tip if u get the Old white grumpy delivery driver check your order or order from another pizza place

I ordered 2 pizzas and 5 breadsticks over the phone. When I arrived the breadsticks were raw and the pizza was not even cut. They claim that they were out of breadsticks and would void the sale and then just charge me for the 2 pizzas. They were to be $11.99 each but my bill was $28.27. Overcharged but by the time the ordeal was over at the store I was upset. Came home to eat said pizza and it was absolutely disgusting. Funny tasting and not hot! All 3 of us have gotten sick from the pizza. I will NEVER order from them again. Rude employees and never a welcome or thanks for coming out of any of them!
