Food was great, surprisingly! Place was very clean and staff was very kind. While there a woman lost her phone and did not know if she left it in store or elsewhere, well staff search high and low for her. And by low I mean they literally were on the floor looking under everything and even in the garbage bins. I would highly recommend this Arby’s.

Sweet tea was absolutely horrible! Requested & paid for cheese cup that was not provided to me. When you pay $40 for 3 people to eat, u kinda expect that you order is checked and exactly as requested.

Good service. Got the new chicken sandwich to try. Liked it. Could use a little ZIP, like Banana Peppers or Spicy Pickles, but if you want a mild, tasty chicken sandwich, try it. Tomatoes were very tasty. Bacon had a good amount of LEAN meat & the honey mustard was good as well. One mistake; they put on cheddar instead of Swiss cheese. If this would be an issue for you, make it clear you want the Swiss. They offered to bring us some Swiss cheese, but we were okay w/the cheddar. One last thing; the bun was very good & NO SESAME SEEDS!

The employees working the drive Thur and in the kitchen was really rude with us when we got food they was hitting stuff and the girl that was working the drive Thur was on drugs it was bad I love Arby’s but I will not go back because of the employees being so rude for no reason

I was disappointed today when I went to get the new hush puppy battered fish sticks and my total for three orders of five fish sticks was $28. ( we did order two drinks and two fries also) but I didn’t complain about price. The thing that upset me was that when I asked for tartar sauce I was rudely told that they were out because the fish sticks were supposed to off the menu by that date. No one offered me any other sauces in replacement and my fries were cold. Also, our drinks were topped with milkshake lids and could have easily spilled. I am a very understanding person and it would have been fine if the matter had been handled differently. I had two employees at the window telling me I couldn’t get tartar sauce and getting defensive with me. I wasn’t even upset I just would have liked to have some sauce for my fish. They were rude about it all and they should just told me that the fish wasn’t on the menu anymore.
