This location is as bad as the one on Hero Way. Went here at lunch time around 1pm and ordered two regular tacos, they were cold and shells were stale. I asked for extra hot sauce and Van only gave me two or three packets, she shut the drive through window and I waited until she came back, I asked for more and she gives me 2 more and I like can I have a few more and she rolled eyes and her attitude popped! No hello, no thank you and no good bye! If these people don’t like their jobs go find something that you are happy doing! It was a waste of $4 dollars. The owner needs to hire better managers and then better employees! One taco only had cheese and the other barely any meat! Pathetic! Do better for your customers.

Facility was clean, service to get my order taken was slow (there was precedence to get the drive through served and the people who came in behind me were told to “just order from the kiosk”), food order was correct, but they didn’t cut the quesadilla. So I had to tear it, as they only had sporks. Has potential to be better.

There is a girl here who, when you order a huge amount, only gives 3 sauce packets. When you ask for more she gives 1 more. I mean, does she even know what Taco Bell is??? Taco Bell is THE restaurant that dumps a ton of them in your hands and says bye.

The lobby was clean but outdated. I place my order thinking that it would be prepared fast or at least normal time but it took them about 25 mins just for 10 soft tacos …. When I finally got my order the food was hella cold ….. I was very disappointed in their service and food. Went inside Taco Bell today and saw three workers. There was not one car in the drive-through line and not one customer at the counter. I woke up to the counter to make an order and the girl who works there tells me I have to use the kiosk because they are understaffed today. Really?! Three employees sitting around chatting it up but can’t take care of someone who simply wants to give them business? Done
