Don’t order from here. I waited 40 mins because their tracker showed order still was not ready. I was parked in front of the entrance as well. I finally went inside to inquire about my order. Young man says they were wondering if anyone was going to pickup order. He says it’s been in the warmer for 20 mins. My order was the only one in the warmer. I explained about the tracker saying that my order wasn’t done. He says oh our connection with the tracker is broke. I asked why didn’t someone bring my food out to my car? No excuse I said my food is lukewarm. Sorry about that nothing else no coupon or compensation. I called their customer service who sends message to the owner to handle the response since its a franchise. Well it took my hounding customer service to keep contacting him for over a month then says it’s a technical error within that department. Well it seems there is alot of technical issues and he offered me ZIP ZERO ZILTCH

The store closed early 9 PM (10 PM), due to staffing issues. Apparently it is difficult for business owners to compete with free money from Uncle Sam. Called in twice just after 9 PM. Store staff refused to take our order twice and then proceeded to abruptly end the call.

Ordered online. Said 25 minutes but was ready in under 15. When picking up no one wanted to come to the counter to help. 8 people in the back. 2 making pizzas, 2 cleaning, and 4 talking about next week’s schedule. The delivery driver came out front and yelled “counter” 2 different times, yet no one seemed to care. After continuing to wait I heard a person in the back yell “counter”, and still no help. Gave 2 stars because the pizza was good, just lack of decent service.

Hungry Howie’s is always consistent, location to location. So you know what to expect. Still the best flavored crust ever. New flatbread joint is good too. I wish you can cheese on top of the stuffed cheese bread, but it’s all good.

Just had a pick up order and the young male cashier was very friendly, while departing I was about to hold the door open for a a driver coming in, but he ended up holding the door open for me and before I could say anything, he told me to have a great night! My favorite pizza place, I love their sauce! Pizza isn’t greasy and is delivered in a timely manner in most cases (on par with other pizza delivery services). There have been a few times I’ve ordered extra sauce and didn’t get it, that’s about my only complaint
