This is easily a $14 McChicken. They advertise their chicken sandwiches as buttermilk fried, they are actually fried chicken patties. They advertise Kaiser, it’s definitely a fast-food bun. Looks nothing like the pictures. The owners and managers should be ashamed and embarrassed of the business they’re running. This place is a scam.

I cannot believe I paid American USD for this. This gives “food” a bad name. This sorry excuse for a chicken sandwich was dry and underneath the breading/batter the chicken was yellow. I watched my coworker almost sprain her neck trying to rip off a piece of chicken from her sandwich. I don’t understand how they only sell one thing and don’t get it right. The only thing I want from this place is a refund. What a robbery.. NEVER again..
