Today was the second time I ordered the same three foot longs from this Subway store. The first time was approximately a month ago. Two of the three sandwiches were supposed to be toasted and were not. It was the first time I got sandwiches there so I just let it go. Today the two sandwiches that were supposed to be toasted were not toasted. AGAIN!!! I called the store and spoke with a girl who insisted that they were toasted. I told her they were not. It was very obvious that they weren’t. The sandwiches were refrigerator cold not room temperature cold like they had been toasted and just cooled off. The girl told me that the only thing they could do is if I brought them back they would toast them. Now, the vegetables were on the sandwiches and they would just toast them with the vegetables on them? You would think they would have remade the sandwiches, toasted them & then put the veggies on which is the way they normally do it. I told the girl I wasn’t coming back because I was in my pajamas and that I wanted to talk to a manager or the owner of the store. She told me she would take my number and give it to the person and they would call me. Well, I have not received a call, text or voicemail from whoever it is that was that they gave my number to. I’m SO SURPRISED that they haven’t called. I will never go to this store again. I will go out of my way to go to any other Subway store. The customer service at this store is horrendous. Oh, I forgot to mention that I got the sandwiches curbside and even asked the guy that brought my sandwiches to me if they had been toasted because they felt cold. He said they’d been toasted. They weren’t.

To the 3 young kids(sorry I didn’t get names, 2 handsome young men & a lovely young lady) working today (08/12/23) I just wanted you to know you are doing a great job! I hope you do not let people like the grumpy, down right mean old lady in front of us ruin your day and self respect when she got cross and yelled at you! You handled her perfectly but I could tell you felt really embarrassed when it should be that lady that was embarrassed. Don’t give up on some of us old people because we are not all like her! Hubby & I were on our way home and stopped in for lunch & enjoyed a really good salad(Italian BLM!) & a yummy Breakfast sandwich for my hubby! Very well made, everything was fresh and delicious.l, service was great & quick, the young man cut up my meat and cheese in bite size for my salad and made sure I had the dressing on the side.

They refused to let me swap ham for turkey on my Italian BMT (what I do every time I eat subway) when I persisted they said they could only do it by charging me 3 dollars to upgrade ham to turkey.

After 3 clarifications the lady at the counter still put the wrong cheese on my spicy Italian. I guess Swiss and American are easily mistaken? The next guy at the counter put 6 cucumbers on my foot long. Six. How many bites does it take you to finish your sandwich? It doesn’t take 6 for me and I’d like to taste everything I put on my food in every bite, but maybe that’s a hard concept for him to understand. On top of that he acted like he’s never squeezed a bottle in his life because 80% of the Mayo he put on the sandwhich was on one side. HOW do you mess that up? And finally the person behind the register, I asked if they offered a military discount and he spent the better part of 2 minutes searching the computer only to respond with “no we don’t offer that here”. Gotta love places that don’t support your troops right? To top it off the sandwich tasted funny AND had multiples hairs in it. This place is awful.

Twice I have been here in two weeks. Both times the. Read was so stale I did not finish my sandwich. My sons was better but mine was horrible. No receipt either time or I would have left my comment there.

I’m super upset that I have to leave at least one star! This is the worst subway I’ve ever been to. The customer service is always terrible and the workers always seem like they would rather be doing anything else other than taking your order. The bread never tastes fresh and the meat tastes like it’s been sitting out. Just take a look at the picture. You can see how dry the bread is. Would you eat that? I’ve tried to give this location numerous chances but I will not be going back!

Ordered today via mobile for a pickup order and saved it for lunch so I opened it an hour later and sadly tried to call the restaurant because it was completely missing multiple items, I didn’t go during a busy time I did an online order that had a pickup at 10:55. My sandwich was supposed to be toasted with red vinegar and oil as well as have ranch and extra pickles and parm ect. Did not come with any of those things I listed, so that’s a bummer for this pregnant lady. I tried to call the restaurant to see like oh maybe they were just out but they could have at least told me or i would have added a substitute for the crunch anywho no one would answer, it’s an okay sandwich but definitely is missing some sauces ect since I get this quite often.

I love subway. I have eaten at many Subways. The beautiful thing about the Subway franchise is you know what you are going to get and the service you are going to get which is great. I have eaten at this specific location a few times after work. My experience has been great so far until today when I was served by the General Manager named Lola.I said I would like a foot long Spicy Italian. I would like it to be cut in half. She proceeded to prepare my sandwich and then handed it to the lady at the register. She said to the lady that I got two 6 inch Spicy Italian sandwiches. I told her I got a foot long Spicy Italian. Needless to say this woman Lola told me that since I asked her to cut my sandwich in half that it was “company policy” that I pay for two 6 inches. I don’t know where I have been the last 10 years, but this has NEVER happened to me at Subway. I refuted her on it. She said that’s too bad that is the rule. I paid for it, but I should of just left it there. Not impressed with management. This isn’t the type of person that should be working as a manager who has to work with people.
